Thanksgiving Day in a big way...

Wow our day was filled with so many, many new cousins this year...First of all David was able to fly home from Afganistan to visit us, so that was wonderful in itself with the rest of his family. We had a set of twins born in our family to Sammy Huggins, and there were so many babies to play with this time around.

Tomorrow is my beloved older sister Sandra's birthday. She has five beautiful children named Kimberly(18 yrs), Nikki(16yrs), Andy(15yrs), Kristi(12yrs), & Rebecca(10yrs)...WOW...my nieces and nephew have certainly grown up!!! We shall remember her by her contagious laughter, and pretty smile that always made me grin around her. Such a comforting feeling knowing she is with our Heavenly Father who watching over us everyday.

A Sunday Drive...

A drive to Cave Creek lead us to these interesting statues of a boot, a Navajo Hogan, and the Halloween spooks decorations there. We had a great time just exploring the places of unknown territory....Aren't Sunday drives great?

The Foote singers...

The Foote Party...

We were able to join the Foote family for a party for Warner and his family in Duncan this past Saturday. Some of these cousins I haven't seen in ages, and I was glad I was able to make this memorable event to see & hear the Foote girls sing beautifully as always...We loved seeing our cousins!!!

Camping in October?

Call us crazy, well yes, for camping in October?? My cousin Mandy wanted to celebrate our birthdays this week by getting a few cousins together to go camping up near Heber. We had a great time as you can see, but the winds were fierce and freezing most of the day. We had the Wallace family, Prince family, Whipple family, and Ashley with Karla show up with our kids to hang out with one another. It was fun, but short lived as I have school this week and all of the kids' have their Fall break. Hope we can plan something again when its a little warmer... Our Wonderful David...a brave soldier now

Seems just like yesterday when David was brought home from the hospital to join our family. He was born at St. Joe's hospital in Phx weighing about 6lbs & 2 oz. We were so excited when we finally got to hold him for the first time. Just can't believe he is now serving our beautiful country over in Afganistan for now.
