Fun Times Together

Here is an update of our family having fun together at our ward campout in Camp Verde. The kids had a great time being outdoors and seeing new places. We visited an old schoolhouse in Strawberry, Az and it was a neat place to see.

Safford visit

For the pioneer celebration days we headed toward Safford for the weekend with the kids. We had a great time seeing family and the Gila temple as we drove by. Safford had a family dance to start the weekend off, and a parade, bbq, and fireworks the following day. As you can see we had a blast just visiting and having fun together.

Here are some pics of our blissful day together during the ceremony and the only person missing is my daughter Ana which made me sad, but she is in Colorado with my brother during this time. Anyways just wanted to share with friends and family our special day....

June surprises!!! =)

Yes surprise, surprise I am engaged to Terry McKennon who proposed to me last week...he surprised me too for that matter!! I am so happy. The big day is July 7th, 2010 in Vegas. We are so excited. My brother David came for a visit this week so I could see the kids and for all of us to be together too. Life has been so busy these past few weeks. Just wanted to update those of you who are not updated with our family yet. More pics soon.

Happy Birthday Ariana

Ana is what she likes to be called, but "nana" is what her older brother Frankie used to call her when they were little..just cute. Ana is 11 yrs today and its seems impossible that she is taller than me now. Happy Birthday to my baby girl..Love all my birthday kids this month..

Happy Birthday Sabrina

Over the years my sweet daughter Sabrina has given me joy along with the grief too, but it certainly has made me stronger these past few years. Sabrina is now sweet 16 and she has grown into a beautiful young lady. Happy Birthday to you....

Safford-Duncan Trip home...

This past weekend we attended a funeral for Uncle Son in Duncan, which is home to most of our family. We ended up seeing lots of cousins which is always fun. To the right here is Anna and Jessica playing the piano together...very talented!!!

To the right is a recent shot of us together in a photo booth being silly. On the bottom shot here is our sweet cousin Savannah who I got to visit a few days ago. She was fun to play with while her daddy fixed my computer. Thanks Jason and Mandy...we sure do love you lots!!!

Easter Memories

These are just a few photos of Easter times over the years past...This baby blue chick to the right here was displayed at the Wigwam Resort area for kids to hold and see. The kids were able to pet the baby chicks of several different colors.

Hawaiian Festival

This past weekend I took the kids to an awesome Hawaiian Festival at the Tempe Town Lake. The weather was beautiful and so were the dancers. I was amazed at how the women can shake their hips so fast to the beat of the drums and their outfits were outstanding. This has been a great way to start out our Spring Break with the culture, food, and of course each other. Just wish I could take a vacation to Hawaii someday...Awwww the wishing upon dreams( Hint?)
